Adam J. Gross

Adam J. Gross provides the highest quality representation to every client. Adam knows the seriousness of any criminal charge and family case and the importance of a great attorney who will walk you through the entire process and fight for you.

Adam is nothing if not persistent. He has built his career and reputation on tireless work for his clients. He carefully reviews the evidence, finds the issues, and develops creative strategies to defend, represent, and negotiate for them. Adam knows that every criminal charge and every family law matter is serious, and his experience has taught him that persistence matters.

Adam represents clients in a wide range of criminal cases, including felonies, misdemeanors, and DUIs. He previously worked at a large criminal defense firm, where he represented clients in cases ranging from criminal speeding charges to serious, life-altering felonies. Before that, Adam was a criminal defense attorney with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office, where he represented hundreds of clients facing felony charges ranging from drug possession to murder.

In 2022, Adam expanded his practice to include Arizona family law, bringing the same preparation and persistence to every case. He represents clients in divorce, paternity, legal decision-making (custody) and parenting time, relocation, child support, spousal maintenance, division of property and debt, orders of protection, contempt and enforcement, and modifications of existing orders. Family cases differ from criminal cases in one important way. When the case ends, the parties often still share children, financial obligations, or both. Adam builds a strong case for court while looking for resolutions that protect his clients long after the judge signs the final order. Whether a case resolves through negotiation, mediation, or trial, Adam’s clients can count on him to know their case and to be ready.

Adam has argued hundreds of motions, from evidence suppression to release condition modifications. He has defended clients in felony and DUI jury trials and misdemeanor bench trials, and he has tried contested family law cases.
