Dan Orenstein joined Strong Law as a partner in 2022, bringing over a decade of legal experience and a passion for service. Most recently, he worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he taught courses primarily in Administrative Law and Health Law. Over the past 12 years, he has been an active public speaker and consulting expert, and he has published numerous articles on a wide variety of legal topics, including drug policy, public health, and health insurance, among others. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2011, his M.P.H. from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2016, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2005.
